Connecting Growers to Their Operations
Founded just a few years ago in the fall of 2015, Growlink already has thousands of people and farms around the world using our platform for automated control of climate, nutrient and irrigation systems. We are an agriculture technology company, creating innovative products that empower our customers to grow - no pun intended. We deliver automation and control, data collection, monitoring, optimization, and visualization all on a single wireless platform.
As a privately owned, founder-led company, we’re able to work fast and respond to our customers’ needs without anything getting in our way. We invest in engineering, research, fanatical customer support, and great design.
Its all about our people
Like a lot of startups, Growlink is filled with a lot of incredibly smart, talented and interesting folks. But what really makes Growlink special is the lack of arrogance. We’ve worked hard to get where we are and we’re all extremely grateful for the opportunities we’ve received and determined to keep making the most of them.
We help our team members grow in their current roles and dream about what's next. Growlink employees are encouraged to attend events, share what they do, and take time off to volunteer or learn new skills.
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we’re cultivating an equitable and empathetic workplace, a listening and learning culture, and an empowered and inspired community.
